I'm not as sad as before about Great Mem-May's death, I think I've come to peace with this and I left behind a gift in her coffin at the wake. As her life has come to a close though, mine has come to a new beginning. With graduation in two days and college in the fall I am a bit excited that I am on the path to a higher education. If she was here to see me, she would be very proud, but I know that she can see me through death, watching over.

On class night I received 4 awards and two scholarships with them. This should help alleviate some of the costs of education along with financial aid. Sometimes it surprises me how many people are out there willing to hand out money to help students, but I am thankful they are there. In one night I managed to get $1,100, and that doesn't include the grant I am going to receive and the financial aid letter. Two years at the college I am going to is $11,000 and after that college I can choose to transfer to any other. Things are looking up for me.

Also on the night of class night when I came home I got Philly Cheese Steak, or Philly for short. He is an orange-striped kitten and reminded me a bit of cheese hence the name. Of course, thinks I named it after him. All night Philly has been keeping me up by kneading against my cheek and lips, trying to nuzzle himself between my cheek, neck and shoulder, and burying himself into my hair. Needless to say I was giggling half the night and trying to get him to curl up in one place. He's a perpetual purrer, and it's really cute Sometimes he climbs up my back and onto this chair while I am at the comp though >.o

On a final note I am counting off the days before =Kuder can come see me. Today being the 11th and his flight is on the 5th of July that means that there are only another 24 days to go before the super week of cuddling <3

I don't know many details but apparently my great Mem-may died last night, and my brother Lee just called to tell my mom and it was relayed to me. Mom figured my Dad would have told me but I can't remember if he did. We did happen to be on the phone but I don't know if I spaced or something.

I know she was in her 90s but she was so happy and full of vitality that I thought she'd be around forever. She had such a great faith in the lord, and even though I lean more towards atheism, I think that her faith helped her. I hope she's well in the afterlife, I will miss her.

Eh, not too much, I guess now that prom is over with I'm really fatigued, but I had a really good time. It was Saturday, by the way, and I got to drive a hummer. Everyone thought it was funny that I was the one driving, but Paul, my childhood friend, didn't have a license. So I was the one to drive in, open the door, walk around the front and escort Paul out of the Hummer. A lot of girls hooted and hollered for me |3

I think I looked nice, but these aren't really good photos. The sun is in my face and I have that forced smile look. At prom all the couples were announced and marched out from stage, along with a few singles. I saw Bryanna there, and a lot of other friends too. My political friend, Amanda, I think looked the nicest. She wears dresses like it's a profession |3

I saw another friend there at the prom, though we didn't spend much time together. She doesn't like Paul, and I wanted to be with Paul most of the time. There was another girl named Meghan though and she and I danced like crazy. Afterwards Paul and I had a slow dance- though we broke up years ago, he has the tender care about him that makes me feel special. Maybe he's like family, I know it's a "love" feeling, but not exactly "in-love". Paul has a girlfriend and I have a boyfriend, but Paul is more of the cuddly friend. Maybe I'll introduce him to Kuder, that'd be nice. I also got Paul as another DnD recruit, so I do see him once a week outside of school.

As the school-year draws to an end classes seem to be getting lax, and every day just kinda drifts through. I'll have vacation and then college after, though I am worried because my financial aid I was told is not a loan, but my rewards letter says loan under it. My family tells me that student loans are a trap, but I need money for college and a new computer for classes. This laptop is three years old and every day I fear that it's getting closer to frying itself. It's way too slow, no matter how much I clear off my drive, and I don't run much as it is. I think it has to do with the poor ventilation, as that seems common in old Dells. Either way I doubt this will last through my entire college career.

Maybe the funding will be resolved soon. The guy I worked with knew I didn't want to take loans, and he said that state financial aid is free, so it might have been just a matter of semantics. I shouldn't freak out or jump to any conclusions just yet. For now, I will continue growing lots of rawst berries in pokemon diamond |3

To all the deviants, this is Marie's cousin's friend's stepbrother somehow able to get her password to log into this account. I have come to regrettable inform the internets that =MarieChan has died in an incident where she choked to death while trying to deep throat a cucumber.

If anyone wishes to help her grieving family you can draw artwork of her character Marie, make tribute journals, write a song for her and fave her entire gallery. Do not forget to send money to her family's address to help pay for the funeral. Please note for the address as we wish not to make this public.

Almost close to graduation, but before then there's so much to do.

This Monday I have been invited to a banquet for the National Technical Honor Society for getting into the top 10. Of course, being the number 10 and nothing higher my Dad notes that I could lose that spot to number 11 or 12, but I'm pretty sure I got that spot secure

Then Wednesday I have to try out my prom dress, prom itself is Saturday. Dad's hiring a personal photographer to take pictures so I can probably put one or two on photobucket to show others. It's really gorgeous, and the color matches my glasses.

There's also another banquet on June 4th for seniors only, then there's class night and graduation itself. In between I have no exams because I have pulled off all As in my classes, however, because of all the snow days I had to go to school yesterday so we could have all the legal days neccessary for the school year. It was pretty fun though to be in school on Saturday. Graduation itself is on the 12th, and between here and now will be ungodly amounts of rehearsals. I'm so excited though, and soon after graduation Kuder will come to visit :3 <3
